Robotics Perception Module
This is a modular perception system consisting of advanced computers and camera systems designed to localize where it is in 3D indoors to a common reference point. It was designed to aid indoor mobile robotics applications with navigation, path planning and S.L.A.M. I designed the entire internal mechanical architecture and enclosure.
Here is a view to show the large amount of electronics ,cameras and sensors inside the perception module. Designing in 3D CAD software helped illuminate assembly issues before anything was built.
